government, beneficiary communities, donors, sponsors, and the general public; careful administration of our organizations;
and ethical behavior.

Our Donors & Supporters
JOHN WESLEY CHILDREN’S HOME is
a Ministry of Kempton Park Methodist Church, we receive a subsidy from the
Department of Social Development and obtain contributions from private donors.
The Department monitors and evaluates the running of the Home on a regular basis.
We are dependent on effective fundraising to be able to sustain our parenting and fostering activities.
Fundraising / networking initiatives include partnering with the Beeld Children's Fund, Women’s Spring Day Teas,
and exposure by the local newspaper, Kempton Express, to mention but a few.
We have received donations in cash and other forms of support from individuals, corporates and local business.
We express our gratitude to all the donors and supporters in all respects, big or small.
We also appeal to all potential contributors to contact us if you feel the urge to make a difference in society, and
to reach out to those who start life with a greater challenge than others.
Corporates who contribute to JOHN WESLEY CHILDREN’S HOME may gain BEE points in the Social Development contribution element.
We are also able to issue form 18A tax certificates.
